Sun Superdays 2026: What’s Changed and Is It Still Worth It?
If you’re looking for ways to save money on UK days out, this is one you’ll want to bookmark. Sun Superdays is back for 2026… but it’s changed A LOT.
In previous years, this was one of the best deals for families — offering 2 “FREE” tickets to some of the UK’s biggest attractions, including major theme parks.
What Sun Superdays Used To Include
Last year’s line-up was honestly incredible and covered attractions across the UK, not just London:
- Chessington World of Adventures
- Alton Towers
- Thorpe Park
- Warwick Castle
- London Eye
- Madame Tussauds London
- The London Dungeon
- SEA LIFE
This meant you could use the deal for full theme park days out, which made it extremely good value for families.
What Sun Superdays Looks Like in 2026
This year is very different. Instead of free tickets, the 2026 offer is now:
Up to £10 off selected London attractions
The current attractions included are:
- London Eye
- Madame Tussauds London
- SEA LIFE London
- The London Dungeon
So there are no UK theme parks included this time — no Chessington, no Alton Towers, no Thorpe Park, and no LEGOLAND.
Right now, everything is focused on London Merlin attractions only.

How Sun Superdays Works in 2026
There are still two main ways to access the offer:
Sun Club
You can join Sun Club from £1.99 per month (or £12 per year). This gives you access to the offer without needing to collect codes.
Sun Savers
You’ll need to collect 2 codes from The Sun newspaper (printed between 21st–27th March 2026) or via the app.
Once collected, you can unlock the offer and book your tickets.
Booking opens: 23rd March 2026 (11am)
Book by: 22nd April 2026
Is Sun Superdays Still Worth It?
This is where it really depends.
If you’re planning a London day out anyway, saving up to £10 per ticket is still helpful.
But compared to previous years — when you could get free theme park tickets — this does feel like a big downgrade.
At the moment, there’s no indication that more attractions (like Chessington or Alton Towers) will be added… but never say never.
Final Thoughts
Sun Superdays used to be one of the best UK family deals for cheap days out. In 2026, it’s much more limited and London-focused.
Would you still use it this year, or do you think it’s not worth it anymore?

The code will look something like this in the newspaper (not a real code)
May 2026 update – Drayton Manor
Drayton Manor Resort has launched a brand new 2026 ticket deal giving families the chance to get up to 4 tickets either FREE or for just £20. There are 10,000 free tickets available plus 90,000 discounted tickets.
Tickets can be used from 1st June until 30th September 2026, excluding August. Families can either join The Sun Club for £1.99 per month to unlock booking access directly from 11am on Tuesday 26th May, or collect 4 Sun Savers codes printed in The Sun newspaper between 23rd May and 3rd June using the Sun Savers app.
Each booking code can be used for up to 4 tickets and bookings are subject to availability, with daily allocation limits expected to sell out quickly. Drayton Manor Resort is home to over 50 rides and attractions, Thomas Land and a 15 acre zoo, making this one of the best value family theme park offers this summer.
Hi, are these dates correct? March 18th is a Monday and a few others are incorrect.
Thank you for this article, you’ve explained everything with details saving everyone time to search for them.

Happy to help 🙂
Hi, I’m not sure where I can find the date for thorpe park…Does anyone know by any chance? And also, will there be one for Legoland?
It’s not worth it now, as you only get £10 off, and still have to pay around £20, when it used to be free last few years.
I renewed my Sun club membership on the basis we’d get two free tickets but seems sadly not- thanks for sharing though
Is this true. Have you got this information from The Sun or NewsUk it self? Can you 100% confirm this is true!?
