REVIEW:Why Draughts London is a Must-Visit Destination for Board Game Enthusiasts

Draughts London is a fantastic board game cafe located in Waterloo, with another location in Hackney. If you’re looking for a place to spend a fun afternoon with your family or friends, then Draughts London is the perfect destination.

The Waterloo location has a cozy atmosphere with an impressive library of over 1,000 board games available to play, ranging from classic family favourites to the latest strategy games.

The Hackney location has a similar vibe and both locations have friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always on hand to help you find a game or explain the rules.

Draughts London is an excellent place to take your kids as they have a wide range of games suitable for all ages, including many educational and cooperative games which are sure to delight your little ones.

In terms of pricing, Draughts London operates on a pay-to-play basis, with a £7 cover charge per person for a three-hour session. This fee gives you access to the entire board game library, and there are no additional charges for individual games. Kids aged 13-17 play half price and kids 12 and under are free!
The food and drinks are reasonably priced, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and budgets.

I highly recommend Draughts London as a fun and affordable destination for families and board game enthusiasts alike. With their extensive game library, excellent food and drinks, and welcoming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening with friends and family. You can book a table here.
