REVIEW: Hobbledown Heath is FAB!

Today we had the pleasure of visiting Hobbledown Heath, which officially opens tomorrow. The original Hobbledown is in Epsom, and it’s great fun! You can read our review here.

📍 Hobbledown Heath, Staines Road, Hounslow, TW14 0HH

The nearest train station is Feltham. We then took the 235 bus from outside the station straight there. It was a short journey. Hounslow Central is also nearby.

They have a car park available on-site. The car park is managed by a separate company, and pay stations are accessed within the car park. The first 30 minutes are free, and parking costs £1 per hour thereafter.

General admission is £15. It’s then goes up to £18 on weekends and school holidays. Under 2s are FREE. Your tickets are valid for 4 hours if it’s a busy day.

Things you’re going to need

Socks – you’ll need these for soft play and some do the other adventures

Suitable footwear e.g trainers

Full length trousers – if you’re going on the Gripped Equipment

A change of clothes – there’s lots of FUN water play!

A fan – it was ridiculously hot today and there aren’t many shaded areas so definitely bring something to help you cool down.

Here’s a link to the park map. I would definitely recommend checking it out to familiarise yourself with the layout.

The park is separated into 4 themed villages: Buckbridge Market, Cribble Creek, Wilderness Wood, and The Mining Village. They are all so impressive! So much thought and detail has been put into making these play spaces magical for kids. My little girl didn’t want to leave!

Little Miss said that the Mining Village was her favourite play space as she got to play in the sand and she loved the water play feature.

I loved getting my face and feet wet! I liked it when me and Sergio were pulling the handles and the water came down and splashed us. I can’t wait to go back.

The indoor play barn is incredible! It was definitely the kids’ highlight of the day! There’s just so much to keep them entertained. It’s very easy to lose them though, so you’ve got to be on the ball.

You’ll be happy to know they have a separate area for babies!

Food & drink

Lots to choose from! The usual hot and cold beverages Hot drinks start from £2.50. Then you have kids’ meals, which start from £4.95. Pasta, jacket potatoes, and more!

I had a packed lunch for us this time, but I definitely need to go back and try the pizza because it looked amazing!

Animals

Yes, there are some pretty cool animals at Hobbledown Heath. There are goats, ponies, cattle, and more. There’s also more to come, which is very exciting!

Gripped

Gripped is Hobbledown’s sister site for those with a real thirst for adventure. Here you’ll find the high ropes, a dual zip line, the net adventure park (which we absolutely LOVED), a power fan descender, a bag jump, and speed slides.

We only checked out the net adventure, but everything else looks amazing! We will be back, of course, and I’ll update this post with more info.

Hobbledown is aimed at children aged 2–13. There’s lots to see and do, and I’m very confident that you will love it as much as we do! Why don’t you check out our Instagram highlight for more pictures and videos:)
