REVIEW: Ninja Warrior UK Adventure (Watford)

AD|Press trip

The Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park is an activity and fitness venue inspired by ITV’s hit programme Ninja Warrior UK!

We were invited to their brand new site in Watford that’s very close to London. They have sites all over the U.K.

📍 Woodside Retail Park, Watford WD25 7JZ

Parking is free. Watford Junction, North Watford and Garston stations are aml nearby. Garston station is the nearest to Ninja Warrior.

Price

£13 for 1 hour in peak times or 2 hours in off peak times. Up to 2 spectators per activity user can use the spectators areas free of charge.

Minimum age

Ninja Warrior Sessions are for ages 5 and above.

The Ninja Warrior experience

You are required to sign a waiver before participating. It’s a good idea to sign it online before you arrive to save you some time. You’ll need to also purchase some hygiene socks for each member participating in the experience. Honestly, I felt like the socks didn’t have much grip. I was expecting socks like the ones you get at trampoline parks.

Once you’ve done all that, you’re then free to have fun! There is a one-way system in place for the safety of everyone and some activities only allow one person at a time. There are staff around to enforce this.

We were jumping, sliding and falling over everything! It is such a workout but a brilliant one! Little miss couldn’t stop laughing and it was just the best feeling! This is one of the best family activities we have ever experienced.

The obstacle course (the part that’s not inflatable) that’s most like the Ninja Warrior show is small but it did look like great fun! I didn’t check it out for myself because I just know I haven’t got the upper body strength for it 😆

Lockers

The last thing you want to do is carrying all your bits and bobs around a place like this! They have lockers available and they’re free of charge too. You just need to think of a 4 digit code and remember it.

Food

There is a cafe available with a good selection of food and drinks. We didn’t get the chance to check out the food but it did look good. I heard a few people talk about the pizza being nice!

Would we go again?

In a heartbeat! We are off to Cardiff at the end of the month so I think we will check out that location. There’s so much fun to be had! Don’t miss out on it!

Did you have to go on or can kids go on alone?

There is a spectator area but I wouldn’t recommend leaving under 12s alone
