You can even take the Uber boat here.

Plan a day of excitement at The Cove Playground, letting your little ones immerse themselves in play while you enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Whether it’s climbing, sliding, or just having fun, this playground is sure to bring smiles and laughter.

The Cove is an exquisite piece of design! Kudos to the talented designers who’ve truly outdone themselves. The playground features a sizable shark with a slide for a tongue, an immense pirate ship, and the most impressive giant kraken I’ve ever laid eyes on. The vibrant array of colors adds to its allure.

What’s truly commendable is the inclusive nature of this playground, incorporating BSL signs and other accessible elements like a ramp onto the ship for all children to enjoy. The single entrance/exit design promotes safety. However, be watchful as there are little nooks where kids can easily hide—I found myself calling my child’s name a few times.

Nonetheless, this addition to London is nothing short of brilliant. I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a visit!

Opening times:
Summer (Mar-Aug): 10am-4.45pm
Winter (Sep-Feb): 10am-3.30pm

I highly recommend pairing this with a visit to the Ahoy Children’s Gallery within the National Maritime Museum. This play space is a fantastic experience for kids aged 0-7. I took my daughter a few months ago, and she had an amazing time—she didn’t want to leave!
