Is House of Dreamers worth visiting?
If you enjoy immersive attractions, interactive exhibitions or discovering unique experiences in London, then House of Dreamers is definitely worth adding to your list.
Kids are going to love it, 100%. There’s a huge ball pit, some interactive elements and the Magical Forest will definitely be a hit. I think children will absolutely love exploring that area.
Adults will enjoy it too if you’re someone who likes a good photo opportunity. That said, I know there will be plenty of people who won’t be too happy with the price. But that’s just the reality with immersive experiences in London. They’re rarely cheap, so it’s worth keeping that in mind before you book.
It reminded me of Bubble Planet meets the Selfie Factory, and there were even a few parts that reminded me of the Barbie The Dream House experience in Amsterdam. I think you can definitely make a fun day out of it, but it really depends on what your definition of fun is.
I also know there will be people who walk around thinking, “Is that it? You just take photos?” If you’re one of those people who didn’t enjoy Bubble Planet or Mundo Pixar because you felt they were mainly photo opportunities, then this probably isn’t the attraction for you. However, if you enjoyed those experiences and like colourful, interactive environments with plenty of opportunities to get involved, then I think you’ll really enjoy House of Dreamers.
Overall, I had a good time and thought it was a fun, creative experience. It won’t be for everyone, but if you go in knowing what to expect, it’s an enjoyable way to spend an hour or two doing something a little different in London.
Its central London location also makes it easy to combine with other attractions around the Royal Docks and ExCeL area.
