We arrived at the Somerset House pick-up point around 20 minutes before departure. A member of the team welcomed all the families and immediately built up the excitement, chatting to the children and getting them ready to board. Another staff member checked us in, gave us our table number and boarded families one at a time. Hand sanitiser was provided before boarding, and face coverings were required when getting on and off the bus (though not during the tour itself).
As soon as we stepped onboard, I was genuinely impressed. The attention to detail was lovely, and everything felt thoughtfully themed. The first thing my daughter said was, “Wow, mummy, this is amazing,” which pretty much summed it up.
