Most people opt for budget hotels when visiting Disneyland Paris because park tickets and travel expenses can be quite pricey. Let me share our experience staying at Eklo Hôtel Restaurant Marne La Vallée—it wasn’t my favourite, but it might be a good fit for you.

Eklo Hôtel Marne La Vallée is conveniently located within a 15-minute cab ride from Disneyland/the main station. Alternatively, you can take the bus (2231), which takes around 20 minutes. The hotel is also close to Val d’Europe shopping centre, which is ideal for picking up essentials at shops like Primark if you forgot anything at home. Additionally, there’s a Lidl where you can grab snacks and drinks for your stay. This proximity to amenities makes Eklo Hôtel a practical choice for visitors to Disneyland Paris.
Upon arrival at Eklo Hôtel Restaurant Marne La Vallée, our room wasn’t ready, so we stored our luggage and headed to Disneyland for a few hours. The room became available around 3pm, and I was surprised by how tiny it was. The saying “you get what you pay for” definitely applies here. While the room appeared clean, I couldn’t overlook the dark navy walls that made the space feel even smaller, especially with just one small window. I think brighter paint would have made a big difference.
Inside the room, we found two small and rather uncomfortable single beds, a TV, and minimal amenities including two very small towels. The bathroom was incredibly compact but clean, containing a small shower, sink, and toilet.
Overall, the room wasn’t to my liking. It’s suitable if you plan to spend most of your time at Disneyland and only need a place to sleep. However, I prefer a larger and more comfortable space where I can relax and unwind.
The hotel offers breakfast at an additional charge, and you can request extra towels for a fee. Additionally, the reception area features free games like table football, providing some entertainment for guests.
