REVIEW- Flip Out Canary Wharf – London’s newest and biggest indoor adventure park

London just got a whole lot more exciting, thanks to Flip Out’s latest and largest indoor adventure park – Flip Out Canary Wharf. Officially opening its doors to the public on December 27th, this fun-packed venue at Cabot Place, Canary Wharf, is the go-to spot for families seeking a day of fun and laughter.

Here’s your guide to the super fun experiences and essential details that make Flip Out Canary Wharf a must-visit:

Location and Pricing:

Address: Flip Out Canary Wharf, Cabot Place, Canary Wharf Shopping Centre, London, E14 4QS (Nearest Station: Canary Wharf). Parking information can be found here.

2-hour sessions start from just £7.50pp, with 3-hour options from £15pp.

After-school club sessions available from £12.50, covering all attractions (excluding optional arcade games).

Food:

Indulge in a range of treats including hot dogs, ice cream, crisps, soft drinks, and slushies.

I think the majority of us were introduced to Flip Out as a trampoline park. It’s worth noting that Flip Out Canary Wharf does not feature trampolines. As far as my knowledge goes, Brent Cross stands out as the sole London location that still offers the classic trampoline experience.

Unique Activities:

Roller Rink: Suitable for kids aged 5 and up, no skating aids provided.

Crazy Karts: Enjoy around three minutes of high-speed laps. My little one is as very happy with her kart wheels lighting up.

Donut Slide: Stand tall at 1m or more to experience this super fun slide. Under 5s need adult company. Keep in mind that this area does get pretty dark.

Ninja Playground: Unleash your inner ninja with this exciting course suitable for kids 5 and up in my opinion.

Soft Play: Tailored for the little ones under 5, offering a cute and safe play area.

Bumper Cars: All ages welcome, but kids under 1.2m need an adult companion.

Laser Quest: For the thrill-seekers standing at 1.2m and up. You might want to save this until last. We got very hot and sweaty!

Interactive Football: A game for all ages, especially appealing to football enthusiasts.

Gaming Zone: Immerse yourself in gaming paradise with PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

Practical Details:

Lockers available at starting at just 10p and going up all the way to £5, accommodating different size bags.

Surprisingly, I actually found it really easy to find as I usually get lost in Canary Wharf. Follow signs to Cabot Square and look out for the doorway between Leon and Buns from Home. There will be Flip Out signs to confirm that you’re going the right way.

Age Recommendation:

I recommend Flip Out Canary Wharf for children aged 5 and above. While younger kids can still enjoy the experience, the activities are primarily designed with the older ones in mind. If you’re bringing a younger sibling, they can join in the fun but keep in mind that the park is tailored more towards the bigger kids.

Flip Out Canary Wharf promises not only a great time but also a superb venue for birthday parties. Discover a world of excitement in the heart of London that’s easy to find and impossible to forget. Unleash the adventure at Flip Out Canary Wharf – where every flip, slide, and race brings joy and unforgettable memories.
