The Under The Sea Soft Play at the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill is a must-visit before September 3rd, 2023. If you have a little one who adores fish, then they will be enchanted by this aquarium-themed play area. Sessions last for one hour, with prices at £7.50 for kids, £2.50 for adults, and free admission for babes in arms.
While the website states that the soft play is suitable for children aged six and under, I recommend it more for under 5s. The play area has ample soft blocks, two ball pits, and a soft play frame. Despite not featuring other children in my pictures, it was quite busy, and I think the facility would benefit from reducing the number of attendees to create a more pleasant experience for everyone.
Free parking is available on Sydenham Rise (a super short walk away from the museum), and the museum is just a five- to ten-minute walk from Forest Hill station, with excellent local bus service.
