My Relaxing Visit to Aire Ancient Baths in Covent Garden: A Full REVIEW

Aire Ancient Baths Covent Garden Review: Ultimate Bath Experience

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Aire Ancient Baths in Covent Garden, located just around the corner from Charing Cross Station. As a hard-working mum, it was the perfect escape to unwind and recharge, especially with one of my friends. We both agreed it was a much-needed treat, and having some child-free time together made it even more special.

We opted for the Ultimate Bath package, priced at £135.00 per person. This luxurious 90-minute session included:

Thermal baths
DIY renewing body scrub
Hydrating eye patches
A refreshing juice

The 90 minutes flew by as we soaked in the tranquil atmosphere and indulged in some serious relaxation. The different baths offered a variety of temperatures, and while I personally avoided the freezing ones (cold water is definitely not my thing), my friend was braver than I was!

Aside from the Ultimate Bath, Aire Ancient Baths offers several other packages designed to suit different needs. Whether you’re looking for a full-body massage or an extended bathing experience, there’s something for everyone. Check their website to find the best package for you.

For me, this experience was an easy 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The ambiance inside is serene and calm, perfect for anyone looking to disconnect from the outside world.

You’re not supposed to bring your phone, but I couldn’t resist sneaking in a few pictures and videos (don’t worry—there’s no one else in them!). If you follow the rules, this place is all about quiet reflection and relaxation, but I managed to capture some of the beauty.

Another bonus is that you don’t need to bring much with you, just your swimsuit. Aire Ancient Baths provides everything else: robes, footwear, towels, showers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lockers, hairdryers, straighteners. I was shocked to see hair products like Cantu. They also have a machine to dry your swimwear quickly, which I thought was a fabulous touch.

The only downside was the towels—they were a bit small for my liking, so you might want to bring your own. Also, there’s only one private changing room, which my friend found inconvenient, though I didn’t mind.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely do it again. Aire Ancient Baths Covent Garden is the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
