Yes that’s right! A Free Grotto and one of the best I have taken my daughter to.
What I loved about this Grotto was the fact that we wasn’t rushed. If you’ve read my previous post on the magic lantern festival, you would’ve seen how I thought the grotto there was a waste of money as Santa quickly rushed my family out of there. Here at Surrey Quays, Santa and his elf were extremely pleasant towards my daughter and made her feel very welcome AND they interacted with her in ways appropriate for her age. She felt very comfortable with Santa and his elf and didn’t cry at all!
Come and greet him at his Grotto from 1 December through to Christmas Eve. Open daily from 12pm – 6pm (11am – 5pm on Sundays and 10am – 3pm on Christmas Eve), it is completely free with every child receiving a special Christmas gift. To avoid queuing up, you can reserve a time to come and see him (weekdays only) for only £1.50. You can book online here.
